How does it work?

The journey of working with Team Up

Within 24 hours, a Client Success Team representative arranges a meeting with you to learn about your needs and find out which Team Up service best suits your challenges.

We clarify the terms of cooperation and sign a contract. At this stage, you get your dedicated mentor who will accompany you throughout your journey with Team Up.

We meet for an initial briefing call where Team Up recruiters have the opportunity to get to know you, your company culture and the specifics of the role. This allows us to create a sourcing strategy tailored to your needs.

Team Up launches a recruitment sprint, during which you have a constant overview of the situation on the project. In addition to the profiles of the selected candidates, you receive weekly reports summarising the activities carried out and market feedback on your offer. On top of this, you receive regular market reports from us and quarterly summaries of the cooperation.
